Substitute trans fats with healthy fats such as olive oil or avocado to nourish your body. Foods high in sugar can lead to stress, so try popcorn as a healthy snack!
Identify Food Allergies
Some autoimmune symptoms can become more severe after eating certain foods such as gluten, soy, dairy, fruits, shellfish, nuts and corn.
Staying healthy also means keeping your body in shape, so make it your goal to get at least 30-minutes of doctor-approved physical activity 4-5 days a week.
Wash Your Hands
You can minimize infections by washing your hands regularly to remove any foreign bacteria you may have picked up throughout the day.
